The current board comprises Fred Arendse, founder of SSC Group and a seasoned mining executive, Adv Thabo
Mokoena, former DG of the DMRE, Jimmy Gama, seasoned labour representative and Martin Schermers, a seasoned
financial and mining executive.
The founders have prepared a draft constitution document that will be presented to members
for adoption at the first AGM and accordingly members can provide input for adoption of the final document.
